Instructions:

All fields are ANDed
The default interpretation for string S in field F is:
Find all records where field F contains string S
(S is interpreted as *S* or %S%)
If the Excact box is checked the interpretation is:
Find all records where field F is equal to string S
Check the Exclude checkbox to remove corresponding field from table of results
Select Display Mode to control the number of lines per record

Use the Exclude checkboxes in order to arrange a narrow output table suitable for printing
The Title field cannot be excluded
The excluded fields participate in the query definition, but are not displayed in the results table
For some fields (e.g. Description or Keywords) the Exact option is irrelevant and therefore left out
Use the Display Mode options to set the row height. Assign truncated strings to view many rows in a compact manner or un-truncated strings to view the complete content
you can switch back and forth between the Query Form and the Query Results pages to play with query parameters. Use the browser's Back button to return from Results page to Form page, use the form Submit button to update the query results.
The number of records fetched by the query is limited to 200. Fetching more than 200 records might take a little time, and it is assumed that such a query has been defined by mistake. In this case a corresponding message will be issued.

Examples

1. Find all records from Artificial Life category, where the URL address contains the string "aridolan":

Select Artificial Life from the Category list
Enter aridolan in the Url text box
Click Submit button

2. Find all records from any category that where last updated in 1998 and where the email address contains ".it" (Italy)

Select Any from the Category list
Enter 98 in the Last Update text box
Enter .it in the Email text box
Click Submit button

3. Find all records from any category where the Keywords field contain both the terms Java and Life (Life will catch both Alife and "Artificial Life")

Select Any from the Category list
Enter Java in the Keyword I textbox
Enter Life in the Keyword II textbox
Click Submit button

4. Check if your page appears under more than one category

Select Any from the Category list
Enter your page URL address in the Url textbox. Check the Excat checkbox.
Verify that the Category field is not excluded
Click Submit button
