| XML/XSL Experiments | XML Site Navigation: Four versions of web site navigation systems based on the same XML file (used for navigating this site). This site navigation map is generated by combining an XML file (defining site structure) with different XSL files and some Javascript and Dhtml code, resulting in different navigation Gui's. |
| VML / DHTML Experiments | Floys in VML: Game of Floys is a purely browser implemented version of the Floys alife program. It is written in DHTML and VML and does not require either Java or ActiveX. However, it does require MSIE 5.01 or later with the VML option installed (see VML Support below). This version is more user friendly than its Java predecessors, and enables easier interactivity and experimentation. |

| Awstats Interactive Viewer (Asp.Net) | The Awstats Data File Viewer takes an Awstats data file from the user's local computer and organizes it in an interactive grid, enabling filtering and sorting of the data. For example, it lets you see all referrers except those from your own site, or check visits only in real pages (html, asp etc., but not jpg, js etc). Data can be sorted by two fields (primary and secondary), and the result table can be exported to csv file (Excel) on the user's disk. |

Bioinformatics Interactive Blast Query (Asp.Net) |
The Interactive Blast Query uses Ncbi Blast server, and queries the Ncbi Blast database. It adds two output formats to those offered by the Ncbi Blast program, and both of them are interactive, allowing online manipulation of the data. The two interactive formats are: 'Filter/Sort Hit Table' and 'Master/Detail Hit Table' |

Bioinformatics Blastall Batch Utility (Asp.Net) |
The Blastall Batch Utility is an online web application used for generating command strings and batch files for running the blastall program locally. The interactive user interface lets the user select input files from his own machine, define running parameters, and creates corresponding batch files on the his local hard disk. |

Bioinformatics SSR Extractor (Asp.Net) |
The SSR Extractor utility finds simple sequence repeats within DNA sequences (loaded from any local Fasta file) and displays them in a table. The input data is processed according to several user-defined parameters. The output table is interactive and supports filtering, sorting, data re-processing and exporting to CSV format (Excel). |

Bioinformatics Palindrome Checking Utility |
This utility checks how close a given sequence is to being a palindrome, in the biological sense. A palindrome here means that the complementary string (complementary strand) is the same as the original string, when read from the opposite direction. |
